This is a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal for the work we discussed. It defines what will be delivered, in which order, at what price, and what each side commits to — so there are no surprises in either direction.
Deliver a working, production-ready outcome you own outright — not a consulting conversation. The success test we will use: the deliverables in section 3 are live, documented, and your team can operate them without me.
| Phase | What happens | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Discovery | Kick-off workshop, access and constraints inventory, written success criteria you sign off | Week 1 |
| 2. Build | Core implementation in weekly demos — you see working software every Friday, not a big reveal at the end | Weeks 2–5 |
| 3. Hardening | — see the full template — | Week 6 |
| 4. Handover | — see the full template — | Week 6 |
Total elapsed time: approximately 6 weeks from kickoff, assuming inputs in section 4 arrive on schedule.

The full template continues with the deliverables list (including the 30-day post-handover support clause), the 3-item client-input list, the 40/30/30 milestone payment table wired to {{currency}} {{amount}}, and the six-clause terms block — fixed price, {{valid_days}}-day validity, input delays, cancellation, warranty, independence.
Acceptance: type your name and accept on this page. The page records your consent, your typed name, and the exact document content (by cryptographic hash) into an audit-trail file — a clear, tamper-evident record of the offer you accepted.
This is the sample template — fill it and hash-sign it with node tools/new-proposal.mjs in the full kit. Questions? Reply to {{sender_email}}.
